Why did you start BJJ?
I started because I always had a passion for combat sports my whole life and always wanted to go places with my drive for it.

"Jas"
Jasper “Jas” Alpet is a blue belt from the Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of Palau. His lifelong passion for combat sports brought him to Jiu Jitsu, where one year of focused training has already carried him to gold medals on Guam and the world stage.
Jas competes for GUMA with the goal of testing his skills, supporting his teammates, and building a complete grappling game that he can carry into professional MMA.
I started because I always had a passion for combat sports my whole life and always wanted to go places with my drive for it.
Being able to test my skills against other gyms and support da boys.
All the people who support me and the drive to one day take my skills with me when I make it professionally.
Da GOAT Jon Tuck.
It’s an honor to represent our gym and continue to try my best to add good things to our name.
I’ll always appreciate the fact I get to represent the place I’ve grew up on.
To add more world championships on my plate and to compete in MMA.
To be able to spread my philosophies about grappling with others when I perfect my craft and to use it in the highest levels out there.
