Why did you start BJJ?

To learn how to defend myself if needed.

What do you enjoy most about competing?

Testing myself against other people.

What motivates you to keep training?

To keep getting better so no one can hurt me.

Who has influenced your BJJ journey the most?

My dad.

What does representing our competition team mean to you?

It means to me that I get to be the one to show what our team has to offer.

What does representing Guam mean to you?

It means to me that I get to put our island out there in the world to make it known that we can compete with everyone.

What are your competition goals for the next 12 months?

To collect more gold medals.

What is your ultimate goal in BJJ?

To get my black belt.
